The AC-MIO-U6 is a powerline transceiver that allows interfacing with a wide variety of devices and transporting data over the power lines.
The board features 6 entirely independent I/Os which can be configured via power line to send or receive analog or digital signals. It also features pulse counter functions, e.g. continuously counting pulses, adding scale factors, counting pulses over defined time intervals, etc.
The device is designed as a complete powerline transceiver. It integrates the highly reliable modem PLM-1, an ATmega microcontroller, a powerful analog front end with a versatile coupling unit and the power supply. The unit is also provided with a configurable terminal board for easy connection.
The flexibility of AC-MIO-U6 transceiver, combined with the power of the ACP2 protocol and Ariane Devices development software provide a unique way to integrate powerline communication in your environment without design efforts.
